1. If you return a Product to us:

1.1. because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product (less any deductions we in our sole discretion think appropriate where the Products, if goods, are not returned to us in the condition), and any applicable delivery charges. However, where goods are concerned, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

1.2. for any other reason, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

2. If you cancel your contract with us to attend the workshop as specified in the Acceptance Confirmation:

2.1. more than 12 weeks before the scheduled date for the workshop, you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee;

2.2. less than 12 weeks but more than 6 weeks before the scheduled date for the workshop, you will receive full refund of 50% of the workshop fee;

2.3. less than 6 weeks before the scheduled date for the workshop, or for a no show at the workshop you will not receive any refund at all.

3. If we cancel a workshop before the workshop begins, you will be eligible for a full refund of the invoice value.

4. We will usually refund any money we receive from you within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request providing it is in accordance with the provisions for refund eligibility described in the Cancellation Policy. The refund will usually be made using the same method you originally used to make your purchase/booking.

5. Book refund Policy. We only provide a refund with a valid invoice and provided the Goods are returned within 30 days and in pristine condition.  Original post and packaging costs will not be refunded.  Return post and packaging costs are for your own account.   Please allow 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods for your money to be refunded back to your account.
